Summer Holiday for Kids and Families: Super Food and (Un)Tasty Colors

29. June, 2024 - 11. August, 2024

Broccoli that tastes like gummy bears or ketchup that doesn’t stain clothes. During the summer holiday at the Medical Museion, you can invent your very own super food equipped with colored pencils and a free imagination.

You can also explore the colors of food and see how they affect our appetite. Finally, you can take a very special selfie where you and your family are AI-transformed into margarine.

The children’s activity is based on the special exhibition MARGARINE. Here you can learn why yellow margarine used to be banned and how collections of cake packaging helped save human lives. The exhibition also explores how major world history is inseparably linked to our diet, daily life, and bloodstream.
