Would you be keen to deepen your understanding of bioscience by studying first year courses and working alongside 15 other students who will do their PhD projects in metabolic, stem cell, protein, or biosustainability research?
Novo Nordisk has just launched the 4 year Copenhagen Bioscience PhD programme, based in the four NNF research centers. The Center for Basic Metabolic Research (CBMR) includes the Section for Science Communication, based at Medical Museion and responsible for exhibitions such as Obesity: What’s the Problem, Genomic Enlightenment, and Hello Bacteria!, alongside an array of events and social media work. The Section also conducts research in science communication, medical humanities, and museology that both supports and reflects on the practical communication activities.
Candidates can apply with a preference for doing their PhD project in CBMR’s Section for Science Communication, with our incoming Creative Director Ken Arnold, or myself, Acting Director and Group Leader.
