Payment
The Museum accepts Dankort, MasterCard, Visa, JCB and Union Pay. Transactions are fully encrypted on a separate, secure server.

When is the money drawn from your account?
Credit cards will be charged on the same day as the transaction.

Terms of delivery
Tickets will be sent by e-mail as soon as possible.

Right of return
The Act on Certain Consumer Contracts, section 17 (2), cf. section 9 (2) 2a states that “the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of return”.

Complaints
All complaints must be submitted to museion@sund.ku.dk within three months of the visit. After three months, the deadline expires.

Guided Tours

Payments
Payments may be made by debit or credit card or by invoice.
If you opt to pay by invoice, you must provide contact information, CVR number and/or EAN number.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible.

Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge via the booking system no later than five days before the guided tour.
If you wish to cancel fewer than five days before the tour, you must contact the booking department, by email: museion-booking@sund.ku.dk or telephone: + 45 3532 3800 (Monday–Friday 10:00–14:00). All cancellations fewer than five days in advance are considered a failure to attend, and you will be charged the full price for the tour.
The Museum reserves the right to cancel in the event of, for example, staff illness. In such cases, the Museum will contact the parties by telephone or e-mail and refund the full amount.

Responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the group is ready to start the visit at the specified time. Even if the group arrives late, the visit will still and end at the specified time.

Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data. Your name, address and e-mail address, along with information about the product(s) you purchased, will be stored for five years. Your data will NOT be disclosed or sold to third parties.
